Grandwood Enterprises Limited provides product sourcing, shipping consolidation, and supply chain consultation.

2. Deposit and Payment

All service fees are fully credited toward your final order. Payments via Stripe and PayPal. Fees for services not used may be refunded within 30 days.

3. Sourcing Disclaimer

Grandwood acts as a sourcing agent, not a manufacturer. We verify suppliers but recommend independent inspection for large orders.

4. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to service fees paid for the specific transaction.

5. Governing Law

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
