Logistics Service Introduction
You can send goods purchased from merchants on or off our platform to the partner warehouse. They will consolidate and repackage all items, then deliver the parcels to your overseas address, which helps you cut down shipping costs effectively.
All freight, tax and logistics-related fees shall be settled directly to the corporate account of the logistics provider. Grandwood only charges an independent coordination & handling fee for warehouse verification, document coordination and progress tracking.
Grandwood does not guarantee shipping transit time, does not issue any official bill of lading, and undertakes no liability for customs declaration results, cargo damage or delay caused by third-party logistics operators.
