1. Submit Your Request
Send us your product idea, images, links, or description. Tell us your target quantity, price range, and destination country. We respond within 24 hours.
2. Supplier Matching
We search our network of 500+ verified factories across Yiwu, Shenzhen, Foshan, Zhongshan, Dongguan, and Cixi. We compare pricing, MOQ, lead time, and quality history.
3. Quote and Options
You receive 2-3 supplier options with unit price, MOQ, sample cost, production time, and our recommendation. No obligation. You decide.
4. Sample Handling
We order samples from your chosen supplier, inspect them, take detailed photos, and ship them to you. We flag any issues before you commit.
5. Production and QC
Once approved, we manage the order: factory communication, production tracking, quality inspection before shipment. Inspection reports with photos included.
- All shipping quotations, waybills and customs procedures are issued and handled by the licensed 3rd-party logistics provider.
- All freight fees are paid directly to the logistics company. Grandwood only charges a separate coordination service fee.
- Customs clearance and duty assessment are the sole responsibility of the logistics provider based on your true cargo documents.
- Consolidation & repackaging service is available at the partner warehouse to help you save shipping costs.
6. Shipping Options (Third-Party Fulfilled)
We coordinate the handover to vetted 3rd-party logistics providers, who complete shipment, quotation and customs clearance independently. Consolidation, customs documentation, and door-to-door tracking are handled by the logistics partner.
7. After-Sales Support
If anything goes wrong, we help resolve it with the supplier. We stand behind every order we manage.
